A North Wales Road Runner member has nearly completed his 500th race for the club.
Kevin Higgins took part in two races in Vilnius, Lithuania, last Sunday. September 8.
He finished the 5k event in 28.16, placing 539th out of 3,000 runners.
In the 10k race, he finished in 59.58, securing 953rd out of 2,200 runners.

Mr Higgins said: "I ran the races with Kieran McGrane.
"Both races were undulating and 60 per cent on cobble stones.
"They were great with lots of support all the way around and throughout the city.
"Today’s races today take me near my 500th race for North Wales Road Running Club."
