COLWYN Bay manager Craig Hogg has made two more impressive signings as he continues to stamp his own mark on the current squad.
The Seagulls confirmed the signing of talented goalkeeper Andy Coughlin from Bangor City, with striker Ashley Woods also arriving at the Four Crosses Construction Arena.
Coughlin was one of a number of high profile arrivals at the VSM Stadium under new manager Craig Harrison, but the 25-year-old fell down in the pecking order thanks to the signing of Chris Mullock from Aberystwyth Town.
He started his playing career with Tranmere Rovers, which included a loan spell at Fleetwood, but his most successful spell was at Wrexham where he made 62 league appearances over three years as well as loan spells to Southport and Barrow.
Coughlin won an England C international cap in 2014 when he kept a clean sheet in a 1-0 victory over Jordan U23s.
Hogg, said: "We are pleased to welcome Andy to Llanelian Road and I would sincerely like to thank Craig Harrison and all at Bangor City for allowing this move to take place."
"We now have good competition through out all positions within the squad which is clearly very important.
"Andy will add more quality to what we already have here and we feel he will bring more positive footballing experiences to the group too. We looking forward to working with him."
Fellow 25-year-old Woods started his playing career at Altrincham and has had experience operating at Evo-stik League West Division level with Atherton Collieries and Trafford, where he had two spells.
Assistant manager Neil Coverley, added: "He has valuable knowledge of the opponents he'll be facing and we can't wait to have him available for selection once international clearance comes through."
"He offers a turn of pace and a willingness to work and importantly he has shown us both a real desire to join the group and buy into what we are about."
