A CAFÉ in Mochdre is offering free hot drinks for members of the emergency services.
Ann’s Kitchen, on Conway Road, is open from 8am-3pm Monday to Friday, 9am-2.30pm on Saturdays, and 9am-3pm on Sundays.
The café is also hosting a charity motorbike ride for North Wales Superkids, which raises money for disadvantaged children in the region, on December 8.
Tracey Roberts, of Ann’s Kitchen, said: “During this really cold weather, we are offering free hot drinks for all emergency responders on shift in uniform to come and have a free tea or coffee from us.
“Just pop in!”
Those taking part in the charity motorbike ride will meet at Ann’s Kitchen from 10am on December 8 (Christmas fancy dress is optional) for complimentary bacon baps.
Riders will then set off at 10.30am to Mold, where they will meet the North Wales Superkids team and learn how they help underprivileged children each year.
