A main road in Penmaenmawr will be closed for seven days maximum.
Fernbrook Road, from its junction with Bangor Road to the junction of Y Berllan, will be shut to vehicles for installation works.
The closure will be in place from November 11.
A diversion will be in place via Fernbrook Rroad, Groesffordd Lane, Old Highway, and onto Bangor Road.
Pedestrian and emergency services access will be maintained.
Conwy County Borough Council announced the closure under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The order will be enforced for a maximum of seven days.
