A MAN has been charged with two counts of theft after being arrested in Colwyn Bay.
Martin Bellew, aged 55, of Colwyn Avenue, Rhos-on-Sea was arrested in Colwyn Bay on October 14.
He appeared before Magistrates' Court and has been charged with two counts of theft.
Granted bail, he will now appear before court on November 6.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "Martin Bellew (55), of Colwyn Avenue Rhos on Sea was charged with two counts of theft and appeared before Magistrates.
"He was bailed to appear again on November 6.”
