A “FANTASTIC opportunity” has opened up for a new tenant to take on a unit on Llandudno Pier.
Based along the main straight of the pier, close to the pier head, it is available for rent, but will not be open to those wanting to sell food or drink.
Anyone interested in taking the unit on has been asked to contact the pier’s general manager, Paul Williams – he can be emailed at Paulwilliams@llandudnopier.com.
Mr Williams said: “We are looking at the unit close to the pier head.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a unique idea and take advantage of the pier’s renowned experience and high footfall throughout the season.
“Unfortunately, we won’t be able to take on any tenants wanting to sell foods or drink to be consumed on the premises.”
Llandudno Pier was named among the most beautiful in Britain by The Telegraph earlier this year.
The Grade II listed Victorian pier is the longest in Wales (at about 700 metres) and was first opened in 1877.
