A LIVESTOCK attack in Conwy killed three ewes last week.
On Thursday (October 10) at about 10am, in the Eglwysbach area, the ewes suffered “horrific” injuries, which they died as a result of.
Anyone with information about the attack has been urged to contact North Wales Police.
A spokesperson for the force said: “No doubt, they would have suffered terribly.
“It is the time of year when ewes are brought down from the mountains and closer to civilisation ready for winter, and as such, it is the time when dog owners are once again reminded to keep a close eye on their dogs to prevent incidents of this type.
“In respect of this attack, if anyone has any information which could assist us in identifying the dog(s), then please get in touch, quoting Q153118 for the attention of PC 3675 Ian Nicholls.”
