Parking will be temporarily banned on part of Bay View Road, Colwyn Bay.
The restriction, from numbers 3 to 8, is due to construction work.
Conwy County Borough Council has issued the order, which will start on September 30.
The ban can last up to 18 months, but the council has not specified how long it will be in effect.
Residents and visitors are advised to find alternative parking arrangements during this period.
