Parking will be temporarily banned on a section of Bay View Road, Colwyn Bay.
Conwy County Borough Council announced the restriction, which will affect the area outside numbers 3 to 8.
The ban is to allow for construction work and will start on September 30.
The order could last for up to 18 months.
The council made the announcement on September 11, giving at least seven days' notice before the order comes into effect.
