FORMER Colwyn Bay FC chairman David Titchiner has announced his retirement from the club’s board of directors.
Mr Titchiner has been a director of the club for more than a decade and served as chairman between 2014 and 2018 during the club's time in the English system.
He has been a generous backer of the club throughout its involvement with the 4 Crosses Construction.
“I would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone who helped me while I was in charge of the club." he said.
“I would not have been able to do it without them.
“I look forward to continuing to support all the teams at Colwyn Bay FC.”
Bay recently announced Andrew Croston as the club's new chairman.
Mr Croston praised Mr Titchiner's influence on the club, adding: ”Dave Titchiner stepping down from the Board of Directors at Colwyn Bay Football Club is a measured change for the club.
"Dave was a key influencer in my decision to join Colwyn Bay FC.
"Dave has been a steadfast leader, generously investing his own time, energy, and resources to support and grow our club.
"His commitment to our success has been unparalleled.
“On behalf of everyone at Colwyn Bay, we extend our deepest gratitude to Dave for his remarkable contributions and unwavering passion for the club.”
