LEGENDARY rock band 10cc had added Venue Cymru to its extended Ultimate Ultimate Greatest Hits Tour next month.
On October 5 founder member Graham Gouldman will bring the band's current line-up to Llandudno to showcase hits including Rubber Bullets, Dreadlock Holiday and the global smash I'm Not in Love - which has recently enjoyed a mini-revival thanks to it's inclusion in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack.
True fans will also get to her them perform some of their prog-rock inspired epics like Somewhere In Hollywood and Feel The Benefit.
To date the tour has taken them from Australia and New Zealand to Japan, Latvia, Iceland, Scandinavia and all over Europe.
But demand for tickets has seen the band add 25 new dates - including a visit to North Wales. Tickets are on sale now priced from £43 from www.venuecymru.co.uk.
"What's particularly satisfying is seeing our audience demographic changing," said Gouldman, who founded the original line-up with Kevin Godley, Eric Stewart and Lol Creme in Stockport in 1972.
"More and more younger people are coming to our gigs. This tour has been our most successful in the UK and that is very gratifying, as we are doing what we love – playing the music of 10cc."
Todays line-up features Rick Fenn - who has been with the band since 1977, Paul Burgess - who first played with 10cc in 1973 and was also a member of Jethro Tull, Keith Hayman and Andy Park.
