A section of Llannerch Road East in Rhos on Sea is set to be shut for a maximum of 20 days for work to take place.
Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles from part of Llannerch Road East outside No1a at Brompton Avenue junction.
Traffic will be redirected via Brompton Avenue onto Ebberston Road, Frances Avenue back onto Llannerch Road East and vice versa.
The closure, necessary for Wales and West Utilities work, came into effect on September 2 and pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.
