A PUB in Conwy has bid farewell to its landlord and landlady, who are leaving the establishment after 13 years at the helm.
Jason and Debbie Taylor took over The Mulberry, at Conwy Marina, back in 2011 and have overseen its transformation into an award-winning pub and restaurant.
The business was crowned Aberconwy’s pub of the year in 2023, and earned a stellar reputation for its food, drinks and events, including karaoke nights.
The Mulberry also underwent a refurbishment and an outdoor renovation under the couple’s watch.
But yesterday was their final day, with the pub saying they will be “missed by customers and staff alike”.

A spokesperson for The Mulberry said: “So today is a sad day at The Mulberry, not only is it the end of summer but we say farewell to our General Manager Jason and his partner in crime Debbie.
“Jason and Debbie ran The Mulberry on and off for 13 years, inc The Mulberry Stores next door.
“We have had so many battles through that time including various refurbs and the pandemic and I’m sure they will be missed by customers and staff alike.
“So many memories for everyone one of us.
“So I say on behalf of everyone at The Mulberry, Conwy Marina (boatfolk) and everyone who has met you through the years we wish you all the best in your next adventure.”
