Llanerch Road West in Rhos on Sea will suffer a 20-day closure next month, Conwy County Borough Council announced.
Vehicles will be unable to access the section from Brompton Avenue to 15m past the Willoughby Road junction.
The closure, to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities, will start on September 16.

Pedestrian and emergency access will continue as normal.
This application was revealed on the Public Notice Portal.
A diversion will be in place via Brompton Avenue onto Broadway and back onto Llannerch Road West.
The order was made following the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1).
