A GASTROPUB and hotel in the Conwy Valley has been placed back on the market, with offers in excess of £1.9million being invited.
The Tal-y-Cafn was made available on a freehold basis for £2.5m in April, but that price has now been reduced.
It is available via estate agents New Broad Street Business Sales, which calls it a “unique opportunity”.
The property dates back to 1438, and was formerly a tin hut.
The current building has been in situ for about 200 years, and now boasts a large extension as well as premium fixtures and furnishings.
It also featured on a series of episodes of Channel 4’s Four in a Bed last year.

"The property features three luxury bedrooms that all sleep up to four guests, including two ensuite double rooms, plus 'The Snowdon Suite' – a fully self-contained apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and a private balcony with countryside views, a seating area and a large, luxury hot tub.
"The Tal-y-Cafn has demonstrated extremely high occupancy rates in its rooms, and has a large amount of repeat custom, including in the popular and award-winning gastropub/restaurant on the ground floor, which has won of a host of awards over the last two years.”
