A HUGE seafront property in Llandudno is to be sold at auction later this month.
The town house, at 3 East Parade, will go to online auction with Town & Country Property Auctions at 5.30pm on August 29.
A Grade II listed property with seven bedrooms across five storeys, the house offers sweeping views of the bay and Great Orme.
Currently rated as two residential apartments, the property is described as having "immense potential" for redevelopment.

However, the auctioneers did note that it "does require modernisation, upgrading and possible re-modelling".
The town house has been set a freehold guide price of £350,000, with additional fees.
Its auction listing states: "The property has immense potential for a variety of uses or development, forming part of the world-famous crescent shaped Promenade of this highly popular coastal resort, known as the 'Welsh Riviera' or 'The Queen of the Welsh Resorts'.
"The substantial accommodation does require modernisation, upgrading and possible re-modelling depending on the required layout and end-use, but as can be seen from the floorplans there is a huge area to work with and offers great scope for someone with an 'eye' or who has 'vision' to restore this historic building to its former glory.
"The property is currently rated as two residential apartments, but does offer three separate living areas, although not converted into separate self-contained apartments."
The building also includes three living room/lounge areas, three kitchens, two dining rooms, and three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite).
