PINE FEST in Llandudno has been cancelled just weeks before the event was due to take place, with organisers saying the decision was "due to reasons beyond their control".
The festival, in its first year, was set to take place at Bodafon Farm on August 30 and 31.
It had promised a line-up including Scouting for Girls, Red Rum Club and The Sherlocks.
The sudden decision was made today (August 12), with organisers adding they were "devastated" to have to cancel the event.
In a statement on the festival's website, they said those who had bought tickets would be contacted about refunds in the next week.
A Pine Fest spokesperson said: "It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that Pine Fest 2024 will not take place due to reasons beyond our control.
"Unfortunately, live events are facing a whole new set of challenges this year.

"We launched Pine Fest with the aim to offer people an opportunity to celebrate the end of the summer at a picturesque location.
"After all the work our team has put in over the past years working to create this exciting concept, it is devastating that it cannot go ahead as planned.
"As these circumstances have only just unfolded, please remain patient with refunds, we will be in touch in the next 7 days."
The festival was founded by Harry McNally, from Flint, and Ali Mantache, who drew inspiration from the Llandudno area while living nearby.
