A CONVERTED coach house on the Little Orme which is valued at almost £2million will be converted into holiday lets, after a planning application was approved.

The Stables, on Colwyn Road, Craigside is a former listed building which has since been converted into a luxury home, located on its own private enclave on the headland.

A detached four-bedroom property, the old coach house and stables is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

With views overlooking the Little Orme, the property went on the market for £1,795,000 in 2022.

Now, it will become a holiday home, under new plans by applicant Barry Richards.

The proposal sought a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed change of the building’s use from a dwelling to that of short term lets.

Conwy County Borough Council's planning committee have given the plans the green light, despite objection from Llandudno Town Council following a public consultation.

The town council had "recommended refusal on the grounds of unsuitable access and insufficient parking".
