A Conwy restaurant has launched a new summer menu, serving up tasty new dishes.
The Jackdaw's new seasonal menu, created by chef and owner Nick Rudge, features dishes like 'Y DDraig Goch', 'Lamb & Laver', and 'Sioni Winwns'.
The new summer menu is part of The Jackdaw's shift towards quarterly menus, changing every three months.
These menus are designed to show off the best seasonal produce when at their peak.
Mr Rudge has created the new menu blending elements from his Welsh connections and culinary experiences, including his time working with chef Heston Blumenthal.
He has said: "The whole team is really excited about our summer menu – and for our autumn and winter seasonal tasting menus to follow over the rest of the year; we’ve worked hard to make every course special.
"We will be celebrating our third birthday at the Jackdaw in October, and it feels like we’re really hitting our stride now.
"It’s an exciting time for us."
Dishes on the new summer menu include 'Sioni Winwns', inspired by the Roscoff onions farmers from Brittany who travelled to North Wales to sell their onions years ago.
Mr Rudge's dish pays homage to this partnership between the regions.
Another dish, 'Y DDraig Goch', celebrates the first British-bred tomato with a Welsh name.

It pairs this tomato with a barbecued hand-dived scallop and tomato consommé, creating summer in one dish.
The third plate, 'Lamb & Laver', binds the finest Welsh lamb from Denbighshire with sea herbs foraged from Conwy harbour.
Having been awarded the title of Restaurant of the Year – Wales at the AA Hospitality Awards 2023, The Jackdaw is committed to showcasing the finest local, seasonal ingredients.
The new summer tasting menu costs £95 per person.
