THE MOST EXPENSIVE streets in Llandudno over the last five years have been revealed.
Professional fast sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Llandudno postcodes.
Gathering five years’ worth of sold house price data across Llandudno postcodes, Nant Y Gamar Road, Gloddaeth Avenue and Abbey Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
Some of the cheapest residential streets in Llandudno include Tudor Court, Manor Park and Ffordd Gwynedd.
On Nant Y Gamar Road, seven properties sold for an average of £735,714.

Three Gloddaeth Avenue properties sold for an average of £495,000, with Abbey Road seeing three properties sell for an average of £475,666.
Some of the cheapest streets include Tudor Court, where five properties sold for an average of £70,690.
Manor Park, where 25 properties sold for an average of £80,413, was also among the cheapest streets, followed by Llys Y Capel on Deganwy Avenue.
The most and least expensive streets have been listed below, along with their average sale price and the number of properties sold in the last five years.

Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Nant Y Gamar Road sold for £1,600,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £36,000 and under on Corner House, Manor Park and Maelgwyn Road.”
