A Colwyn Bay school is one of just 19 businesses in Wales to get the Silver Armed Forces Employer Award.
Rydal Penrhos School recently received the Armed Forces Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, for its support to service families and veterans in North Wales.
The school also scooped the Bronze Award in the Armed Forces Friendly Schools Cymru initiative.
Maria McLean, admissions and marketing manager, said: "We work closely with our forces families to ensure that whenever they join us at Rydal Penrhos they feel welcome and supported.
"Our links at RAF Valley, the Royal Navy Engagement Team and also the Queens Dragoon Guards mean that our pupils have enjoyed a host of activities during this academic year and we are always delighted to welcome members of the armed forces into school.
"We are also immensely proud of our Combined Cadet Force who are the only CCF sponsored by the 1st Queen's Dragoon Guards."
The school had visitors from the regiment at their annual Speech Day and a special Combined Cadet Force celebration day.
Rydal Penrhos said they are proud of the veterans who are part of their academic and support teams.

"This accolade underscores our unwavering commitment to supporting service personnel and acknowledging the invaluable contributions of our armed forces community.
