A Grade II listed building, the property has been valued at £100,000 to let per annum.

St Davids Commercial has described it as an “unbelievable opportunity”, with offers invited and viewings available by appointment.
In 2022, the One47 group took over Broadway Boulevard, saying it would “work closely on putting the nightlife of North Wales back on the map”.
The listed building was originally the Grand Theatre, nationally famous in World War II as the popular radio show ITMA was broadcast from there.
Broadway Boulevard measures 10,000 square feet and is described by St Davids Commercial as being “fully fitted and equipped”.
