A CONVERTED coach house on the Little Orme which is valued at almost £2million could be converted into holiday lets, after a planning application was submitted.

The Stables, on Colwyn Road, Craigside is a former listed building which has since been converted into a luxury home, located on its own private enclave on the headland.

A detached four-bedroom property, the old coach house and stables is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

With views overlooking the Little Orme, the property went on the market for £1,795,000 in 2022.

Now, it could become a holiday home, under new plans by applicant Barry Richards.

The proposal seeks a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed change of the building’s use from a dwelling to that of short term lets.

A decision will be made by Conwy County Borough Council’s planning committee in due course.
