Prosecuting, Laura Knightly told the court that a previous police investigation led to the sexual risk order being issued to Walker, albeit there were no convictions made.
But between July 2022 and May 2023, he breached this order twice, by using an alias rather than his real name, and by deleting his internet history.
Simon Killeen, representing Walker, told the court that he has previously suffered from substance abuse, but has now begun addressing this.
Sentencing, Judge Timothy Petts ordered Walker to complete a programme requirement and 15 days’ rehabilitation activity.
These must be carried out within the next 12 months, per the terms of the community order.
