SIGHTSEEING TOURS in Llandudno, Rhos-on-Sea and Conwy town did not go ahead today (June 6), due to the Tour of Britain Women taking place.
Alpine Travel, which runs sightseeing tours in the towns, as well as of the Great Orme, confirmed the news yesterday.
Departing from Welshpool, racers have embarked on a daring first day of the tour with 2,276m of climbing.

The opener also presents one sprint and two challenging Queen of the Mountains segments before concluding on Llandudno’s promenade.
The riders reached Llandudno at around 3.10pm.
The race caused all four tour rides to be cancelled.
An Alpine Travel spokesperson said: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
