A ROAD may have to shut overnight on more than one occasion to allow road reconstruction work to take place.
This is set to happen on the A548 Foryd Road, Kinmel Bay, between Tuesday, May 7 and Friday, May 24 between 7am and 2am.
A statement by Conwy County Borough Council said: "We will be carrying out road reconstruction work from the four-way traffic lights (ASDA) to the railway bridge ramp (Woodside Avenue).
"Traffic will be controlled with a convoy system, but we may also need to close the road overnight at times.
"Access at all times to the Foryd Road service roads and wider estate - please follow the diversion signs.
"Foryd Road is a very busy road - we have programmed this work now to avoid additional traffic during the holiday season."
