YOUNG Blues star Toby Lee will support former Squeeze musician Jools Holland when he comes to Venue Cymru.
Pianist Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra will come to the Llandudno theatre on June 1 at 7.30pm.
Breaking blues star Toby Lee, 19-year-old, guitarist and singer, is confirmed to play 100 shows in the UK and Europe this year.
Already announced as Holland’s special guest for more than 60 shows, Lee will play at least 40 of his own shows across the country including Cheltenham Jazz, Sidmouth and Rye Jazz and Blues Festivals and more.
A spokesperson for Lee said: "Celebrated as Young Blues Musician of the Year in 2023, Toby is no stranger to the stage learning his trade as he featured as Zack Mooneyham in the first West End production of School of Rock and sharing stages with blues heavyweights including his hero Joe Bonamassa. He featured at his Mediterranean Blue Cruise - Buddy Guy, Peter Frampton and Slash.
"Toby’s been partnered by Gibson Guitars since he was 10 and is endorsed by Blackstar Amplification and D’Addario Strings.
"He’s recently spent time in Nashville filming for Gibson as well as travelling to Texas at the invitation of the Buddy Holly Foundation for song writing workshops."
