A PROBE launched after an Arriva bus hit a pedestrian in Old Colwyn has concluded.
The incident, involving an elderly woman and with her guide dog, happened on the A547 Abergele Road, near Aldi, on Tuesday, April 2 at about 3pm.
North Wales Police attended as well as the Wales Air Ambulance and the Welsh Ambulance Service.
Following the incident, Arriva Bus launched an investigation.
Arriva Bus confirmed to the Pioneer that the probe has since concluded but the conclusions will not be made public.
It is understood that police were not tasked to investigate the incident further.
It is believed the bus was travelling at about 10mph.
