ARMED police and a dogs unit were seen in Llandudno.
This was on Deganwy Avenue, Llandudno, on April 16.
It is understood the incident was largely over by 12.30pm.
One eye-witness reported seeing police, that were armed, and dogs.
The Pioneer has approached North Wales Police for comment.
