RESIDENTS in the Sandy Cove area of Kinmel Bay are being evacuated from their homes amid the ongoing adverse weather.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service has sent a crew to assist with the evacuation of those in the affected properties.
Earlier, the service attended a woman stuck in her vehicle in floodwater in Llanfairfechan, meanwhile.

In Wrexham, a man was walked to safety by crews after his vehicle was also got stuck in floodwater.
Another woman reported that she was stuck in her vehicle in floodwater in Llafynydd, Flintshire.
When flood warnings and alerts are in place, residents are advised to keep checking the Natural Resources Wales website advice on what to do before, during and after a flood.
Members of the public are also advised to stay away from fast flowing watercourses and not to drive through flooded roads.
