MEDITERRANEAN temperatures are on the way with the Met Office forecasting the country to be on par with the Algarve this weekend.
According to the Met Office, on Saturday, April 6, temperatures in Denbighshire are set to hit highs of 17 degrees and 15 degrees across Conwy.
Gwynedd and Anglesey are expected to see temperatures of 15 degrees and Flintshire and Wrexham could see temperatures of 17 degrees.
Lisbon, in Portugal, is set to see temperatures of 18 degrees this Saturday whilst Albufeira is set to see highs of 20.
The southeast of England could see temperatures in the low 20s.

A statement from the Met Office (UK) said: "Thursday - often cloudy with bright or sunny spells, but also a scattering of showers, these locally slow-moving and quite heavy. Rain and drizzle spreading north by the evening. Feeling somewhat warmer. Maximum temperature 14 °C.
"At night there will be further rain at times this evening and overnight, turning heavy and persistent for a while, though becoming drier towards dawn. Windy with coastal gales possible at times, and staying mild. Minimum temperature 10 °C.
"On Friday, a windy but bright day with lengthy sunny spells and a scattering of showers for a while. Feeling warm in the sunshine and out of the wind. Rain arriving later. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
"Between Saturday and Monday, a windy weekend [is forecast] with gales on Saturday perhaps giving travel disruption. Showers, but generally drier than of late with sunny spells. More wind and rain possible later. Temperatures above average."
The warmest day over the next month in the Algarve is forecast to be Sunday, April 7 at 19 degrees and the warmest night will be on Saturday, April 13 at 17 degrees.
