Easter Dragon Egg Hunt - Gwrych Castle
Between Monday, March 23 and Monday, April 1, Gwrych Castle, near Abergele, will be hosting its Easter Dragon Egg Hunt.
Dewi the pet dragon has escaped and has laid eggs around the castle. Youngsters (and older ones!) can take part in quests with puzzles and riddles along the way to find all of the large dragon eggs and nests. Adventurers will also meet the medieval castle residents who need the dragon found as soon as possible!
Those that complete the quests and challenges will be rewarded with a chocolate treat.
A spokesperson for the Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust said: “Our Easter Dragon Egg Hunt is back this year, but this year we have more actors than previous years to enhance the immersive experience.
"This event is something a bit different to the conventional Easter Egg Hunt, and has proved to be very popular already.
"The event is on until April 1 before turning into School of Magic from April 2 until 7, and then a dragon trail for the final week of the holidays."
Gwrych Castle hosted I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! In 2020 and 2021.
