A MAN from Abergele has been ordered to muzzle his dog and keep it on a lead in public after it injured a child in a playground.
Jack Lloyd-Williams, 31, of Maes y Dre, was also handed 40 hours’ unpaid work at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court last week.
He had previously admitted a charge of being the owner of a dangerously out of control dog, causing injury.

The court heard that, on June 24, 2023 in Belgrano, Lloyd-Williams’ dog, a five-year-old crossbreed Rottweiller/Staffordshire/English bull terrier named Skye, injured a child while in a playground.
Magistrates made a contingent destruction order, ruling that the dog must be muzzled and kept on a lead by a person older than 16 when out in public.
Lloyd-Williams will also pay a £349 and compensation of £150.
