DRIVERS should expect delays when travelling along the A55 next week, with several roadworks planned.
Journeys along the north Wales dual carriageway are set to become that little bit more tedious for some time following a number of Traffic Wales announcements.
From 6am Monday (February 12) to 4pm Friday (February 16), Lanes on the dual-carriageway will be closed in both directions from Britannia Bridge to junction 10 at Cyttir Lane near Bangor.
This is due to 'structural inspections' according to Traffic Wales.
Sliproad closures are also being scheduled for the A55 Faenol roundabout at junction 24, Abergele.
These are set to start on Monday, February 12, and will continue for nearly a month until Friday, March 8.

Further out towards the border, from Monday (February 12), daytime lane closures will be in the place on the eastbound section of the A55 at the Warren interchange at Broughton.
This carriageway will also be closed from 8pm-6am every weekday night until March 3.
Initially, until February 23, the section affected is between junction 36 and junction 36A (from Broughton retail park).
This section will also be closed overnight the next two weekends (8pm on Friday to 6am on Monday).
