According to property experts RightMove, houses in the area had an overall average price of £234,515 over the last year.
The majority of sales in north Wales during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £226,842.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £161,748, with detached properties fetching £378,681.
RightMove has also compiled a list of the most expensive homes sold in the north Wales area during 2023.
