A SECTION of the A494 is closed due to a fallen tree.
The road is blocked between Dolgellau and Bont Newydd.
The area has been hit with strong winds today due to Storm Isha, and people have been urged to only travel if necessary.
At 7pm today (Sunday), North Wales Police said: "The road is currently blocked on the A494 between Dolgellau and the Bont Newydd area, due to a fallen tree.
"Drivers are advised to use an alternative route, and to only travel if necessary, thank you."
