A ROAD in Llandudno which offers stunning views across the sea has been named one of the most expensive streets in Wales.
Llys Helig Drive, on the Great Orme, was revealed as the third most expensive street in Wales in a study by Halifax bank.
Known as 'Millionaire’s Row', the road is made up of several multi-million pound properties, including villas.
Offering stunning views of Conwy Bay, the Irish Sea and the Menai Strait, and backing up against huge cliffs on one side, the road’s average sale price over the years covered was £1.15million.

Wales’ most expensive street was Benar Headland, Abersoch, with an average sale price of £1.3million, with Hanley Cwrt in Usk in second.
Kim Kinnaird, mortgages director, Halifax said: “Buying any home is expensive and likely to be the biggest single purchase most people will ever make.
"But the gap between the most expensive streets is vast, depending on the region you live in, with the average house price for the priciest properties in London topping £20million, compared to around £1.3m in the North East.
“Even in the most expensive region outside of London, the South East, the top ten most expensive streets are, on average, £10million cheaper than their London equivalents.”
