A MAN was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Llandudno pub.
This happened in the early hours of Sunday morning (January 14) at Fountains Bar and Café on Upper Mostyn Street.
Eye-witnesses saw about nine police cars, one ambulance and one rapid response ambulance outside the pub which was reportedly closed and evacuated by police.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We were called at 12.38am on Sunday morning, January 14, reporting an incident at a licensed premises on Upper Mostyn Street, Llandudno.
"Officers attended and one man was arrested on suspicion of assault.
"Our investigation is currently ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact us via our live webchat or 101 quoting ref Q006247."
Welsh Ambulance has been approached for comment.
