THE LLANDUDNO area is set for nine nights' worth of maintenance work to cut back vegetation and safeguard drainage.
The work is being completed by Network Rail, in an effort to maintain the safety and reliability of the railway network in the area.
In a letter to residents, Network Rail said works would take place between the hours of 11.35pm and 8.20am, from January 6 until January 14 - they warned these dates may change.
Other areas along the Conwy coast are included in the work, such as Penmaenmawr.

The letter added that the nature of the work meant some noise was unavoidable, and that they would aim to keep sound to a minimum.
They apologised for any disturbances the project may cause.
An excerpt from the letter read: "We'll soon be working in the Llandudno area to cut back vegetation and maintain our drainage assets, helping to maintain a safe and reliable railway."
