A MAN from Llandudno Junction who breached a non-molestation order for the fourth time has been jailed.
Darren Bennett, 36, of Conway Road, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today (January 3).
He admitted the breach during a previous hearing.

The court heard that, on September 20, 2022, Llandudno Magistrates’ Court made the order to prevent Bennett from contacting or approaching Kerri Foskett.
Bennett breached this when he was found to be in her company at the Old Station Hotel on December 23, 2023.
Ms Foskett was said to have been in his company “voluntarily”, although the extent to which she was complicit with the breach was unknown.
Not only was this Bennett’s fourth breach of this order, but he was also said to have previously breached another similar order.
The district judge told him: “It’s quite clear that you have a tendency not to comply with court orders.
“I’m afraid I’ve come to the conclusion that only immediate custody is adequate to reflect the seriousness of the fourth breach of this order.”
Bennett will also pay a £154 statutory surcharge upon his release from prison.
