SANTA's elves made a special stop at the Welsh Mountain Zoo this weekend.
Following a sell-out season in 2022, Breakfast with the Elves has made a come back to the Colwyn Bay attraction.
The magical 45-minute experience at the Penguin Cafe includes a meet and greet with the Christmas Elves, a story time session, a special gift and festive themed pancakes.
We were seated very quickly on arrival. A small canvas bag was waiting for our little boy to colour in.
We opted for a Christmas tree pancake for our son. This was a green coloured pancake decorated with chocolate toppings and sprinkles. Also available is reindeer or snowman topped pancake [includes a soft drink].

Breakfast with the Elves at the Welsh Mountain Zoo in Colwyn Bay
Grown-ups can tuck into a sausage or bacon breakfast bap as well as a hot drink.
Holly and Mistletoe (Santa's elves!) did a great job keeping the children entertained and invited little ones to the front when reading book 'A Christmas for Bear'.
They spent time speaking to children when serving breakfast and Mistletoe even confirmed that Santa was indeed her "friend".
All of the children received a wrapped present and you could have a photograph with Holly and Mistletoe.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a walk round the zoo.
The next Breakfast with the Elves takes place on Saturday, December 23. Head to the Welsh Mountain Zoo website to check availability / to book.
The Build a Snowman Trail will run until December 31. Free activity, handed on arrival.
