CHRISTMAS shoppers in Llandudno on Saturday (December 9) were asked to support the call for a ceasefire in Gaza, the West Bank and Israel.
The silent vigil for peace was organized by the Colwyn Bay Group of Amnesty International, but those who attended also included individuals and members of other organizations.

Alongside the call for peace, passers-by were asked to add to a giant canvas the names of children killed in the Israel and Palestine conflict.
It bears hundreds of names, as the canvas has previously been available at the vigils held every Sunday evening in Caernarfon.
