THE FORMER owner of a popular restaurant in Llandudno has starred in a recent episode of Coronation Street, with more appearances still to come.
Gill Hadwin, who goes by the stage name Gillian Jephcott, made her debut in an episode last week, playing a child protection officer.
Ms Hadwin was previously the owner of The Seahorse in Llandudno, along with her husband Don, until the couple sold the business in the summer.

Gill, who has “always been a big fan” of the soap opera, is scheduled to appear in six episodes, which could change depending on how the storyline develops.
“It’s been fantastic being on Coronation Street, and I have always been a big fan of the soap,” she told the Pioneer.
“I was filming yesterday and I think there’s one more episode to be filmed next year.”
Her Corrie character is called Caitlin Edwards, a child protection officer who is contacted by a doctor at the hospital after a child is suspected of being poisoned by his stepmother.
