A GUEST house in a “prime” location in Llandudno has gone on the market and could be sold at auction.
Mayfair Guest House, at 11 Deganwy Avenue, is for sale by online public auction with All Wales Auctions with a guide price of between £190,000 and £220,000.
Unless a buyer is successful or its availability is withdrawn before December 14, the property will go to auction - it is on the market with estate agent St David’s Commercial until then.

The three-star property, which the agent said is “in need of modernisation”, is made up of nine bedrooms (six with en suites) and two bathrooms, with a parking area.
It is approximately 15 minutes' walk from Great Orme Country Park and the Great Orme Copper Mine.
St David’s Commercial said of the listing: “Situated in a prime area of the seaside town of Llandudno, this freehold, four storey property was previously a guest house and in need of modernisation.
“In our opinion the property offers potential purchasers and investors the opportunity to renovate/modernise and utilise this prime location.”
