THE FORMER site of a deli and a burger restaurant in Llandudno remains empty since the occupier left the premises.
The 5 Lloyd Street property was previously home to The Ham Bone, a popular deli, for several years before being taken over by Feasterz, a burger and milkshake business.
The site is now vacant after the latter moved, with potential for a café and restaurant space with a possibility of securing an alcohol licence.

The business is on the rental market with estate agent St David’s Commercial for £18,000 per year.
The estate agent said of the listing: “Superbly appointed vacant restaurant. A3 use.
“Alcohol license maybe granted but will be subject to Mostyn Estates confirmation and they will charge an annual fee - they will need to meet prospective tenants.”
