A MAN from Conwy who breached his criminal behaviour order (CBO) in Llandudno last week has been jailed again.
Nicholas Evans, 36, of Llanrwst Road, was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 10.
He admitted breaching the CBO on the same day.

The court heard that, on November 9 on August Street, Evans attempted to stop vehicles and intimidated pedestrians in an aggressive and threatening manner.
Evans was prohibited from doing this by the CBO issued to him at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on December 17, 2021.
Magistrates deemed that appropriate punishment could only be achieved by immediate custody, due to his history of poor compliance with court orders and the danger he presents to the public.
He will also pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Evans had previously been jailed for 44 weeks in November 2022 for breaching his CBO twice, as well as for resisting and assaulting police officers and for carrying an offensive weapon in public.
