A BUILDING that is home to a popular café in Rhos-on-Sea has been sold, but the business remains on the market.

The three-storey building, at 14 Rhos Road, is occupied by Marmalade Kitchen, a restaurant and café that is also for sale.

The site, comprised of the café area and a five—bed maisonette, was on the market with estate agent St David's Commercial for £150,000 but has now been snapped up.

Meanwhile, Marmalade remains on the market, having been put up for sale in May.
