A PROPERTY management company in Llandudno has gone into voluntary liquidation.
Hall & Jones Properties Ltd issued a winding up resolution on September 29.
Lisa Ion and Mark Colman, of Leonard Curtis, a firm specialising in insolvency matters, have been appointed as its joint liquidators.

According to documents listed on Companies House, the business has an estimated debt of roughly £150,000.
This includes roughly £45,000 loaned to HM Revenue & Customs, £38,200 to Lloyds Bank, and £30,465 to Development Bank of Wales.
The business was established in 2008 by co-owners Richard Hall and Elfyn Jones.
Leonard Curtis declined to comment when approached.
Attempts were also made to contact Hall & Jones Properties Ltd for further comment.
