A SEAFRONT hotel in Llandudno has been sold to a private investor off a guide price of £2million.
The Lawton & Lauriston Court Hotel, in a prominent location close to Llandudno pier, has been sold to regional hotel operator Four Saints Hotels, who own and operate a number of other hotels in North Wales.
The deal was facilitated by independent property consultants Graham + Sibbald, who secured the sale of the profitable hotel, which had a guide price of £2million.
The Lawton & Lauriston Court Hotel is formed of three terraced properties, which were amalgamated to create an impressive 35-bedroom business.
The hotel is situated by the busy Mostyn Street, and offers stunning views of Llandudno Bay.
