The 18/18A Conway Road site is home to the wood-fire pizza chain, which also has eateries in Llandudno and Conwy.
The property is now on the market with estate agent St David’s Commercial, for a freehold guide price of £139,950.
Described as a “substantial investment property”, Johnny Dough’s and the ground floor accommodation at the site are let on a licence basis for £6,000 a year.

The building boasts ground and lower ground floors which extend to 1176 square feet, made up of a “very spacious” maisonette with a kitchen/diner, rear access and one car parking space.
As well as the maisonette, there is a large lounge on the first floor and three bedrooms on the top floor, with a three piece bathroom.
